Looks like a street thug in uniform gone bezerk. Some comments blamed the youth b/c were disrespectful. One has to ask why? Most likely this is NOT 1st time that cop acted like that?

Also, if you're engaged in broken windows policing, what happens when the COPS are the broken windows?
