Is this the stat we want to look at to tell this story (not antivax, actually trying to find the best data to bring people along). This seems to say, to me, the # of confirmed tests are lower because vaccinated people dont have symptoms, and thus, likely aren't getting tested

Wouldnt we want to look at hospitalizations and death rates rather than cases? We know vaccinated people can be infected and can spread it. But if you are vaccinated, your symptoms will be less severe/not noticeable. That's why we are getting the vaccine, to prevent the severity.

In Sept, MA/ME/VT were already noticeably lower than MS/AR/AL, w/o vaccination. Is this really a valid choice for comparison?
