I've gone to the gym regularly enough now it's become a healthy habit. A big reason was because it seemed like everyone on Twitter and my co-workers were going to the gym. Cheers y'all for the peer pressure.
I joined the gym for the "huge gainz" like most young guys, but ultimately stayed for the mental health benefits. Exercise clears my head, puts me in a good mood and resets my stress responses in a way nothing else can. Being stronger and fitter is a lovely side effect!
