Does anyone have tips for jaw clenching? I'm trying to actively remind myself to loosen it, but I'm finding I'm doing it in my sleep & it's causing pain/headaches. On that note, don't underestimate what burnout and emotional stress can do to your body. It takes time to unwind.

This. But easier said than done. Meredith time, but everyday, Meredith time but before you go to sleep every night. Finding an unwinding routine that suits you is gold dust and has to work on body and mind. Something isn’t working right now, so something needs to change. Gd luck
