While I agree that hate speech is bad and I don't want to hear it, but do we really want to allow companies to decide what speech we hear/read? That's a slippery slope that I don't think people are thinking about when they see this as a "win"

Yeah it is well established law in the US dating back over a hundred years. Companies can promote or prevent whatever speech they want. Its the government that can't censor speech.
