You are writing a Rust library. It's 2018. Do your new error types implement std::error or failure::Fail?
I suppose the cheeky answer to this is that if you impl `std::error::Error`, then you probably also impl `failure::Fail` automatically. :-) You may not get all the benefits of `Fail` in that case though!
