Doubtful. I've actually experimented with that and couldn't observe any improvement. IIRC, it made things worse. Generally speaking, I've never been able to make effective use of PCMPSTRI despite trying. (The instruction has very high latency.)

Indeed! There are definitely some questions to be answered there by comparing the performance profiles of the two libraries. csvmonkey is quite fast!
