In case you haven't used it before, `git grep` is a super fast way to search repo files (and ignore all else)

I think ripgrep is supposed the be the fastest if you don't need back references

Just tried ripgrep to search for a handful of things in our repo. It's fast, but definitely slower than "git grep"
