You don’t get to make an allegation of sexual assault, say you want to testify, then not answer phone calls/emails & then say you don’t want to on the date scheduled. Either go behind closed doors or in an open hearing or don’t go at all. This is not going to be on HER timetable.

What's the hurry? It should be in investigated by the FBI before senators get a chance to question them. Also, all parties alleged to be present at the attack, should be at the hearing.

Nobody said he would be charged with crimes, but if it turns out he did this, he is completely unfit to be any judge, let alone a Supreme Court Judge.
