I finished up the MyAnimeList review analysis looking into how much the animation/sound/story/character/enjoyment of an anime contribute to its overall rating. I also examined gender differences in how anime is reviewed.

More early results from the MAL #anime reviews: On a user's overall rating for an anime, they most prioritise their enjoyment then story, character, sound, and lastly animation. Women tend to care more about the quality of the story than men do.

I'm doing an analysis on MAL #anime reviews. In terms of pure animation rating, yuri is "top" and yaoi is "bottom." It paints quite the mental picture.

[1/3] I did some filtering on the Steam VN reviews to remove words that only appear in one VN, but it seems user's can't help but mention their favourites even in other VN reviews, umineko and morgana for example, but generally the results seem fair.

I'm doing a little analysis of Steam VN reviews to see what fans most prioritise. So far the word most associated with positive reviews is.... "johncena" followed shortly after by "fap." Clearly we have the most cultured of fanbases.

Damn Life is Strange 2 episode 2 was great. They play my emotions like a fiddle. They kind of put other adventure games to shame with how much heart they put into every moment, beautiful camera angles and shots. It struggles a bit being a middle chapter, but I'm hyped for more.
This is my new outfit for when I'm browsing vndb's forums.
