Just in case anyone was wondering, the police are 100% not supposed to shoot people for trying to escape custody.

Doesn't matterthe officers were called for a DUI the dude was obviously on some strong ass drugs which is why he overpowered the officers. The taser didn't work and it looks like he was running back to his car. The officer had every reason to shoot him.
