Reason why there should be better psychological testing for officers. Obviously the shoving officer is stressed out. He has no place in a situation like this. If he can’t control his emotions, he should find a job he can handle. Unacceptable behavior.

They did a couple of studies in the 90s that showed 40% of police officers were involved in domestic violence situations. Later studies showed that in many cases, these incidents were covered up by law enforcement. And people wonder why there are so many bad cops?
