    On this day, 10 years ago, I saw Bob Dylan in concert with Charlie Sexton at his side about 30 feet away from me. It was 108 degrees and I had strep throat. I didn’t notice I even felt like shit and wouldn’t ever do that again, but yeah.

    I switched from an 11 to 8 gauge strings on my electric guitar and what an insane amount of difference that made in my playing. My tremolo was vastly improved. I wanted to go with 7’s but 8’s were all the music store had.
