I’m speechless. I just talked with my mom. She’s turning 80 next month. She has never voted for a Democrat. Not once in her life. She watches Fox religiously and is as conservative as they come. And she voted for Biden yesterday.

She’s furious with Trump and his handling of Covid. She hasn’t left her care facility since March. She misses her friends and family. She can’t do any of the things she loves. And she blames Trump. Republicans have no idea how angry seniors are.

How do you suggest doing that? Mine has all her faculties at 81 and pays the cable bill and I live 600 miles away. It’s frustrating and I’ve tried reasoning with her to no avail

My folks live in a retirement community in NorCal. These seniors are facing evacuations and scheduled power outages during a pandemic. My parents have been so careful since March. Had to live in a hotel for a week after the last evac. Their friends and neighbors are pissed.
