    As the graphic notes, while the 90% mark is higher compared to the previous transaction, another prior deal that closed in 2020 had a similar breakdown. I would expect further transactions to look like that one and this latest one.

    A whopping 90% of the loan balance in the transaction can be attributed to 25-year loans, up from 55% in the company's prior securitization.
