Loud people are good for marketing most of the time, but the determine person works in silence then shares ideas at the right time and pushes through with actions not just marketing fluff.
Great ideas don't always come from the loudest person in the room. They come from the person who saw a potential nugget, nurtured into something understandable, cared, and fed it so it could blossom into something big. Loud people make noise. Determined people make progress.

I've seen so many times, someone who's great in front of the room, make the great presentation, and so on. Comes time to do the work, no where to be found. Great salesman or those with the gift of gab, rarely make great developers.
