    So that's why I want to tell that our aft FA on AA 4772 (MIA-MID) was really, really, rude to her passengers.

    But I also think airlines should be told when their employees remind you why you hate the sight of their aircraft livery.

    Flight attendants have a tough job and I always thank them personally (& submit comment forms) when one of them does a great job.

    But as a human being nothing makes me want to stab my eyeballs out more than hearing a walk in the woods referred to as "forest bathing".
