We expect our team to always be polite and are sorry for any rudeness. We'd love another change to provide you with excellent service.

MIA sucks. It suckity-suck sucks. Sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks. I hate flying via MIA. Because it sucks. It S-U-U-U-U-U-U-C-K-S.

As in "I'm so glad this is my last flight ever on @AmericanAir" rude.

So that's why I want to tell @AmericanAir that our aft FA on AA 4772 (MIA-MID) was really, really, rude to her passengers.

But I also think airlines should be told when their employees remind you why you hate the sight of their aircraft livery.

(and I try to take a bunch of magazines for them, especially on the deep South America runs).

Flight attendants have a tough job and I always thank them personally (& submit comment forms) when one of them does a great job.

But as a human being nothing makes me want to stab my eyeballs out more than hearing a walk in the woods referred to as "forest bathing".

Seriously, about this @MorningEdition story by @AubreyNPRFood...as an ecologist nothing makes me happier than people going on a nature walk.

"Forest Bathing" gets old after the third month of field work.
