this body pleasure thing sarah perry describes is a thing i almost never feel while exercising and i think it's because i'm holding a bunch of chronic muscle tension; the more that relaxes the easier it gets

- climbing is fun - the important part is kicking off a virtuous cycle where seeing progress makes you want to make more progress - start with some small thing you can do every single day (like 5 pushups), not a huge workout plan

climbing is great. bouldering, omg. think I need a buddy at the same level though as going alone takes effort & there's often "all these people are so good" thoughts. a little expensive & far away tho :/ was going once a week for a while.

thou art a god. feel free to pick the qns that tickle your fancy: did you go with other people? hard initially? expensive? how do you create "fun as hell"? and not get stuck in measuring or socials or have I done enough. how do other people do gym wrong? rookie mistakes?
