You can't engineer a 6 pack... You can, however, engineer the conditions under which a 6 pack will emerge over time.

care to take a stab at what they might look like? maybe not 6pack level, but most of mine are along the lines of: be more in your body, so you don't overeat. exercise so it's pleasurably being a body, also background endorphins means less comfort food in the evening.

have things more fun than food, notice the sensations of eating, surprisingly not enjoyable sometimes. decouple *I want food I'm not allowed, cause screw being good* from actual hunger. deal with the underlying dissatisfaction/trauma somehow, look at the void, feel the feels.
