You can't engineer a 6 pack... You can, however, engineer the conditions under which a 6 pack will emerge over time.

have things more fun than food, notice the sensations of eating, surprisingly not enjoyable sometimes. decouple *I want food I'm not allowed, cause screw being good* from actual hunger. deal with the underlying dissatisfaction/trauma somehow, look at the void, feel the feels.
