damn, thanks. this is real solid. didn't think Val posted there anymore. reminds me of a personal relationships milestone: "I am responsible for my emotions", said another way "there's a reason I've chosen to feel this" Other people can't *make* me do things.
I'm also feeling some Guru Papers here, in the subtle ways we use power & control to regulate others behaviour, and in turn our emotions.
@Malcolm_Ocean probably knows more.
