Doing my best with the crêpe lineage transmission but I can’t seem to get the texture right. E.g. no bubbles, still a bit doughy. I am going to add sourdough culture next time & experiment with that.
ah the secret crêpe lineage... I'd heard rumours. one can truly only learn such deliciousness at the foot of a great teacher.
