The most important things never make a todo list.

Thiiis oh man. I think in practice todo lists capture various ideas that come to mind randomly, or errands, or things to follow up on. But deep work that really moves the needles that matter... doesn't end up there. This was my inspiration for building http://complice.co 

So agree. Many of my lists serve to clear my mind so I can actually start something. I keep many notes, including reflective ones. The MIT do emerge from this aggregation but it requires habitual review. We know this stuff in some form from #BASB. I should check out Complice.
