Developing soft skills is hard. Especially when so much of it is just a matter of opinion. Sometimes I really miss the cut and dry “inherently better in every situation” improvements that come with developing hard skills.

Mostly brute force, failing, crippling depression, finding a coping mechanism to forget my shortcomings, rinse and repeat. One in every 15-20 cycles I improve at something on accident.

Hahaha. Okay, I'm in a similar boat. A few other things that have been working for me r books, mentorship, and prioritizing working with more senior people and explicitly asking why ppl do this and that and trying to learn from it.
