For example, Snute v Stats G3. Snute had a big advantage, could've torn Stats apart with multi-tasking. Instead chose a costly attack. 3/

The "right way" to play StarCraft is to snowball advantages, find value and "get more ahead". Koreans are disciplined in doing this. 5/

Compare with Kelazhur v. Dark G3. Kela played awesome, but the “deathball” style is risky, especially in bio TvZ. 7/

My guess as to why this happens: NA/EU ladder opponents are much weaker than pro players, and let pros get away with this stuff. 9/

I would go so far as to say that foreigners are near closing / have closed the skill gap, but they haven't closed the discipline gap. 10/

Neeb v. Rogue G3 and all of SpeCial vs. Stats: prime examples of what happens when foreigners develop that patience and discipline. 11/end
