blizz had the same rule on WCS 2013/2014 with @mouzHeroMarine being blocked when he was younger cos not 16 i think? Memories crap

Ah could be that I'm thinking of. Though why else would blizzard block younger competitors? Image of not interrupting education of kids?

I imagine there's some legally dangerous ground with having young kids take part in these circuits n events. Just musings

I really don't know, that's what's frustrating. I remember Arium playing MLG's at 13-14 so I know it's not a legal issue
