I feel so lost with this game right now. It's like my brain has lost the ability to think critically when I'm playing. Every game is just full of self-loathing and frustration. I can't make sense of my losses. My head is hurting thinking about it and I don't know what to do.

yeah thats what i usually try to do but i cant just switch my mindset to be like "ok guys lets learn about how to not suck when you just saw me sucking ass!" i put a chat point reward as replay analysis but people dont always want to use it
For sure, to your latter point I think helping individual people will help the most. The work to help lots of people scalably, like creating guides and what not, sometimes doesn't help with mindset as much because it doesn't involve human connection.

Good call on the chat reward, I'll take advantage of that some time. I'm still planning to learn Protoss after getting back into KR Master's with Terran, but that is taking forever this season lol
