It's been 4 days since I had a cigarette or a drag on my e cig. I hope I can keep this going when I come back to Paris with the stress and everything. It feels pretty easy at the moment but I didn't have that much opportunity to feel tempted yet. Anybody quit in my followers?

I used to smoke several years ago, quit cold turkey. It was terrible the first 3 or 4 weeks and I replaced my habit of having a smoke with skittles. You can do it man, one of the better decisions I've made!
