Other thing I'd say is that much of mentality stems from how well you take care of yourself. Sleep, drinking enough water, eating healthy, exercise, maintaining social connections, moderation around alcohol, etc. Many mentality problems can be solved by fixing physical problems.

My mentality in general has been really good in the things I can adjust. I do have some issues with mental health that I cant influence without medication but I have come to terms with that. But there is always more to learn and I have skipped books entirely, that needs to change
