First, players do complain about balance on-stage from time to time, but this seemed to me more direct and lengthy. I think he's unusually frustrated with the balance situation.

Second, there's the pro-gamer angle. Nerfing immortals *and* warp prism? It's too much, right? I understand, he's a pro-gamer and he's got to advocate for himself and his race. So, sympathy for his frustration, but lol at him trying to capitalize on it.

Third, he seemed pretty uncomfortable complaining about balance and implored other players to start speaking up. I guess it shouldn't be surprising, but it's his job, if he feels like a level playing field doesn't exist he should fight strongly for it. IDK.

These three are kind of in contradiction with one another, and you can see that in Dark as he hems and haws. "I shouldn't complain about balance, but I'm frustrated. I should advocate for myself, but I don't want to embarrass myself." That's how I interpreted it anyway.

Anyway, I found it interesting! From a human interest angle, not a balance one - I have no opinion on balance right now.

More like a hedonic tendency to say what comes to mind "live". Then his system 2 kicks in, and he tries to bridge the two thoughts by not saying what he said was wrong but he is not going to say more. Balance aside, design wise perhaps too much is placed on a single unit (prism)

'Design', with all due respect, is often not a good thing to argue about. Beauty of design as beauty of art is subjective and up to interpretation. One could say that a queen, prism or even orbital (mules, scout, detection, scv prod, can fly) are all 'overloaded'.
