Asia is 100% unplayable for anybody on the east coast
I wonder if Asia would be the ideal server for a WCS Winter match between a Chinese player and someone in NA. US West is occasionally unplayable from China and VPN is unreliable.

it's unplayable from a latency perspective but still functional, right? For Chinese players US West is sometimes literally unplayable from the mainland due to connection drops and packet loss. As in, it's non-functional.
