    Absolutely agree! On this note, previously mentioned that Google noindexes UGC in their product forums until it gets healthy interaction. Once this happens, they'll lift the noindex. Ultimately this helps with quality control

    Quite a satisfying Core Web Vitals transition for one of my clients after some recent performance improvements. Had a bunch of URLs stuck in the "needs improvement" category for mobile move to "good". Hopefully shows a clean switch in the coming days 👀

    Interesting addition to Google's Local Business structured data doc: New requirement for priceRange states that it must be <100 characters to be used in search features. Can think of a few large sites that have done this – unlikely to be benefiting now.

    Good news: review snippets have finally started to return in Google's search results 🙌 This is after the confirmed bug from last week – preventing pages from having the treatment For pages that had review stars prior to this, they should return soon (after G crawls them next).

    Back once again. Returning several times over the past 6 months, now seeing the "keyword tags" test on some mobile search results. Is a mix between keywords mentioned on the page + entity-focused labels in my experience. Is an odd one. More details:

    No changes with the reviews snippet bug (confirmed by Google) as of yet. Has been ~4 days of most sites not having reviews showing in search results. Reminder to use the 'Search appearance' report in GSC to see the impact – can filter by 'Product results' or 'Review snippet'.

    How low can review snippets go? As low as ~3% of all desktop SERPs, by the looks of it. In case you missed it from yesterday, Google has suddenly stopped showing review snippets for the vast majority of sites. Still waiting to hear word from the big G on this change.

    Yep, that's a drop alright. Down from ~50% of desktop SERPs having review snippets on them, to now being at ~9% (according to Semrush Sensor). I have a good feeling that this wasn't done on purpose by Google. Wouldn't worry at this point – likely back to normal soon.
