I truly do hate Amazon, but I just took the items and went to the store. Dropping off a whole package next week. It is so easy to help if you can. Always remember that beyond Christmas lists that shelters are often looking for basics like shampoo, toothbrushes and such.

This isn’t in my state, but thank you. I will contact a local women’s shelter and donate Christmas gifts. Thank you!

It takes place at Christmas, yeah. In no way does it involve the birth of Christ, nothing like that. If it makes you feel “Chistmas-y”, you’re strange.

Shelters are always in need of toiletries, underwear, socks…
One thing we provided was “birthday kits” - cake mix, frosting, candles, sprinkles, decorations, cupcake liners (individual shelters can tell you what they want). No one missed a birthday being in a shelter.💖

I wish it was more up to date. Most of the stuff on the Richmond Hill Shelter's list were added in 2020 and isn't available anymore. Some of it is super expensive too like $17 body wash or a box of Halloween candy for $30.00
