Jacob Rees-Mogg is absolutely correct. People at the BBC simply couldn’t countenance the fact that others might not share their views. Hence the whole anti-Brexit thing, culminating in their blue and yellow homage to the EU on Friday night. Not fit for purpose.

I'm glad Johnny is finally getting the justice he rightfully deserves, and that people are starting to realize that domestic abuse isn't just a woman problem, it's a people problem.

Anyone notice the BBC threat to anyone without a TV licence at the end of that? What a shower. They are gagging to be dumped.

Broadcasting House must be worth a fortune in Central London. Let the license fee be on a subscription basis. This should be a priority,no mega redundancy package ,for the terminally biased London metropolitan trendies, whose views they represent.

We used to affectionally call the BBC "Aunty" Now we call them the Anti- British Betrayal Campaign.

  13. I agree. We hardly ever watch ANY mainstream news now - checked in briefly on Friday evening and soon clicked away in disgust. Saw everything on YouTube.

I don't know why people still pay £154.50/year for this anachronistic tax. I stopped 10 years ago and a million/year are cancelling now. It's finished. They can't stop you watching live broadcast with their silly adverts. It's the Digital Age with laptops, mobiles and tablets.

I can't believe they've decorated the whole studio in EU colour. They are a national disgrace, not a national broadcaster. The quicker they lose the license fee the better. Then they can beg for cash like the Guardian have to.

The BBC is the EU propaganda unit. They’ll pay for it.

I had to turn it off. It is a disgrace. Banging on about chlorinated chicken and how the UK must not be allowed to engage in "unfair competition" i.e. the EU's rules are 'fair' and any derogation is defacto 'unfair'. The BBC hates Britain. It must be closed.

  21. You do have to wonder.... have you ever watched 'WIA'? I'm amazed a BBC channel was 'allowed' by their bosses to make it, let alone show it. Hilarious but scary at the same time.
