Aldwych, Down Street, Brompton Road, South Kentish Town, York Road, City Road, British Museum all no longer exist. Some stations which are still around now had different names (eg St Paul's used to be called Post Office)

Mark Lane, the ground level entrance is now a shop. The eastbound platform was refurbished in the early 2000s for use by maintenance staff.

British Museum and Strand are certainly long gone, I know that much. Although I think I'm right in saying that Strand/Aldwych station still exists, and is often used by tv and film who want to set a scene on the underground.
