3 seats per ward it was a Lib Dem until they resigned. Election has cost the tax payer thousands when it will be up again in May.

if lib dems are up 16.7 then they had 35.7 last time. if tories are 9.3 down then they had 42.1 last time. How is it a Lib Dem HOLD?

It’s a 3 Councillor ward, last time the Lib Dems “only” took the 3rd seat while the Tories took 1st and 2nd place.
