Chinse companies have a history of copy pasting logo's and concepts. So most likely this comoany did a google search, found the logo and used it. Nothing strange about that, pretty normal in China.

The logo is real, the claim is fake. The Chinese company clearly says “Shanghai”, which is nowhere near Wuhan. Plus you can google the name of the company & a few articles show up about its logo.
