If laws in the country making it nearly impossible to get a CONSTITUTIONALLY PROTECTED medical procedure are legal, as declared by SCOTUS, then so are restrictions on guns. Lift abortion restrictions, or regulate the HELL out of guns. I want guns to be as accessible as abortions

I guess I just wonder what you say to women who have to live with killing their babies, and that you never tried to offer some other remedy to your permanent solution.

States are passing laws that would make it all but impossible to get an abortion. Ohio tried to pass a law that would effectively ban abortions after 6 weeks, when many women don't even know they are pregnant. If the SC allows those to go into effect it is essentially a ban.

According to Sandra Day O'Connor, a Reagan appointee, women have the right to choose to have an abortion prior to viability and to do so without undue interference from the State. I simply don't think this court will actually allow undue interference.
