Whatever Trump is going to say about abortion at the State of the Union is plain wrong. Don’t buy into it. Listen to people who had abortions.

Trump lawyer Jay Sekulow’s law firm operates from a mailbox? “This is an apparent web of organizations that seem to exist to pay compensation to Sekulow and his family,” says tax expert about his “non-profit” enterprise. Wow. AP investigation by

Today we honor civil rights hero Fred Korematsu. In 1942, Fred refused to go to the government's prison camps for Japanese Americans. After he was arrested and convicted of defying the government order, he appealed his case all the way to the Supreme Court.

We defended abortion access in federal court today. We're challenging a law that would effectively ban abortion in KY & subject patients to unnecessary risk. This law is not about patient safety. It's simply part of a strategy to push abortion access out of reach.

We’re at the 6th Circuit of the US Court of Appeals in Cin’ti for arguments in our challenge to one of KY’s abortion bans. The law is blocked as litigation moves forward. Abortion remains legal & you can still get an abortion in KY. More:

The Trump administration is coming after California. But we will keep fighting to protect and expand access to abortion and other reproductive health care.

BREAKING: We're demanding the National Archives turn over all records concerning its decision to doctor a 2017 Women's March photo in order to remove protest signs critical of President Trump or referencing women's bodies.

Today marks the 47th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, which held that the constitutional right to privacy included a woman's right to terminate a pregnancy. Roe was not immediately controversial when first announced (it was a 7:2 decision written by a Nixon appointee)...
