    Crewed up with PC Green and we’re out in the unmarked car 👀 Less than 30 minutes in and we’ve had one car stopped well in excess of the speed limit and are currently on a stop with a driver who was using his mobile phone. I think it’s going to be busy!

    If you were to get into difficulty in any of these places, you would be in serious trouble. The chances of you being accessible to emergency services are almost zero. Stick to the busy beaches, or swimming pools with lifeguards. It'll be much safer.

    What an irresponsible article. The headline should be "Here are fast flowing rivers with multiple casualties - avoid them even if the beaches are full".

    A shocking News Article by of @sussexlve Recommending swimming in some of the most dangerous rivers in Sussex. The Arun is one of the fastest flowing rivers in the Uk & the Cuckmere has had Multiple casualties in the last 2 years alone.

    A great alternative for when the beach gets too busy 🏊‍♀️
