Beyond just exhaustion and stress, burnout for teachers, kids and all of us can stem from a lack of autonomy: not having enough of a say in how you do your job, what gives it meaning, and what you wish to achieve.
Serious question: is there anyone at the table with expertise in messaging, audience, and communications strategy? Is the problem lack of capacity - or a lack of appreciation that clear communication really matters?
