I don’t understand all these people up in arms about what she said - she never once said the words “gun control”. For all they know she was speaking about more mental health outreach.

They are too busy listening to NRA propaganda and putting blinders on. Her message was take action in your community and she never said the word guns.

I think they just know deep down that there can't actually be real change here *without* gun control.

I'm tired of lib parents who raise unbalanced kids who kill each other. Bad parenting is the cause of school shootings. Guns are just the tool the crazy kids use.

The worst parents can have the best kids & visa versa. And it’s not a lib thing. When I was growing up the preacher’s kids were usually the worst.

So you put all blame on an inanimate object only. Got it. Seek help. Are you scared of cars, planes, knives and seek to ban all those things? Hmmm. Not logical

(2/2) Children learn how to behave, and their values by watching how all adults behave. If we want our children to learn how to behave then we as adults should lead by example. In short, if we want kids to have better values then we as adults should live by those same values.

No it doesn't. There was a plan and armed guards there and ten still died. Also, kids shouldn't go to school in a prison.

Yes it does. Maniacs look for gun free zones to perform their evil acts. And according to your logic government buildings full of politicians are prisons? Because I’m not seeing any of these teenagers shoot up a City Hall?

Then they should be fired or retrained. Your argument is the equivalent of saying “Seatbelts don’t work. People have been paralyzed from car accidents while wearing their seatbelts. We should ban cars.”

They should be fired? They were both shot! They’re in the hospital. One in serious condition. Don’t be absurd.

You believe every other first world nation is better at parenting their kids than America? Interesting. Most of those nations are also less religious, so I wonder what that says about religion.

Did I say that ? No I didn’t. I have no clue how other countries parent their children. I know most parents in the US just stick electronics in their kids face instead of spending real time with them!

1st: How do you know that? (Do you have factual support for that statement) 2nd: Are you suggesting excessive TV/video games lead to shootings (if not, why bring it up)? 3rd: If you don't know how kids in other countries are parented, what basis are you using for comparison?
