LMAO!!! Mueller indicting a NON-EXISTENT Russian company discredits him. Mueller expanding his scope beyond collusion discredits him. Mueller charging Flynn, even though the FBI agents who interviewed him, felt he didn’t lie, discredits him.

This is the reason the federal judge who criticized Mueller’s team is so upset. Rosenstein basically gave Mueller unfettered power to do what he wants.

Then it wouldn't be possible for Mueller to overstep his bounds, would it? Look, I'm glad the judge is making the prosecution answer questions. That's appropriate. That said, the scope of this should be as big as it needs to be.

The “scope” is meaningless if it’s as wide as it needs to be. A criminal investigation, by definition, focuses on a specific crime. If you are foucusing in other things...it’s no longer a criminal investigation. It is, by definition, a witch hunt.

Investigations may start that specific but I don't think most of them end that way. If you're investigating conspiracy and find money laundering, you don't just let the money laundering go. That would be grossly negligent law enforcement.
