Not mocking, just asking: Every time the former NBC reporter breaks another story, do NBC staffers wince? He's on quite a run...https://twitter.com/thewrap/status/993834191023292417 …

NBC has made a lot of stupid moves. Letting Ronan Farrow go. Letting Tamron Hall go (for Megyn Kelly, who is bombing). Letting Ann Curry go (for Savannah Guthrie, who must have known about Lauer).

Maybe it's just proof that everything happens for a reason. Perhaps the New Yorker allows him the freedom to blossom, and he clearly has done that. I am excited to follow his career path, as he is one journalist with whom to be reckoned!

While I appreciate the question, I have to ask if you ever wonder why CNN hired Corey Lewandowski, Jeffrey Lord, Kayleigh McEnany? And why they continue to host Kellyanne? I think mistakes are not confined to one network. To quote an actual First Lady, “Be better.”

I think @RonanFarrow has clearly done amazing reporting. @NBCNews clearly decided poorly. But--there's also something about rejection that makes one work harder, become even better. @PulitzerPrizes is sweet vengeance.

Probably the same way every good CNN employee winced everytime CNN ran Jeffrey Lord and Trump employee Lewandowski put there during the election. Did you wince Brian probably not since you agree with your boss who said Trump is great for business.

Would you be asking that question if he had worked at CNN? I think sometimes you need to be a bit more balanced in this area, especially since you give people like Rick Santorum and Jack Kingston of CNN a pass.

He is a media reporter it’s literally his job. Also Ronan Farrow is a reporter, Kingston and Santorum are opinion talking heads.

If I had his job, I would also opine on those at my network. Words from those "opinion talking heads" hold just as much weight as reporters 2 people watching CNN. & that's the rub. By the way, I have a tremendous amount of respect 4 Brian & think his Sunday show is very valuable.

Don’t get me wrong I agree, they even spout conspiracy theories sometimes and should be called out way more often (if it were up to me there would be less panels on CNN all together) I was just saying he covers media so that’s why he was asking
