That in itself is not cause for incredulity. Estate planning, tax advice, and regulatory compliance are just a few obvious examples of legal services that do not involve suing anyone.

But all of these examples do involve third parties: one's dependents, the IRS, and various (perhaps adversarial) regulatory bodies, respectively.

Not as parties, though, and the whole point of the advice is to keep it that way. Still you are technically correct. :)pic.twitter.com/Vub7MGujbx

Give it a rest. There are at least 63 million Sean Hannitys fighting the good fight. Likely more now after all this ridiculousness from you guys on the Left. Do you plan to try and take us all down? Good luck with that. #TheGreatAwakeing

Not all legal advice involves a third party. Only you would be so ignorant and intellectually dishonest as to actually pass Kimmels drivel along.

Brian it’s always a mistake to use Kimmel as an example of intelligence! So talking to a lawyer and asking information about an issue means it’s now official matter and should be disclosed publicly?? You can’t be serious!pic.twitter.com/QdvQoOPxeC
