This is Tucker's real message: The point of the Russia probe "is not to find collusion. There was no collusion... THE POINT IS, AND WAS, TO HURT TRUMP and anybody close to Trump. And by the way it's working..."

And if Hillary Clinton and Rachel Meadow shared a mob lawyer/fixer. What would Trump and the GOP say, then?

Really? So the Govts can spy on journalist now? Can't wait till it happens to A CNN anchor! I expect your silence in the matter.
-
I guess the Govt can just monitor your communications without any probable cause? Hey, what could go wrong? Can't wait till Jake Trapper's friend gets all their personal communications confiscated! Hey, why should he care if he's not a criminal, right?
-
Can you show me where Hannity's communications with Cohen were "monitored"? How does Cohen sharing who his client is become "monitoring"?

Not exactly “monitoring” when it is documents that will only be relevant if they show communications about issues Cohen is investigated for and only those deemed to not be under privilege by the special master. Otherwise, it is not of interest anyway & will stay private. Breathe.

The US justice departments handle thousands of cases a year, almost all of which involve subpoenas for documents and some of which require raids for documents when law enforcement convinces a judge it is a necessary act. Leaks are actually pretty rare overall.

if you can't tell someone who your lawyer is, that might be a problem
