Last night: "Look, I don't give advice to the president except on TV," @AlanDersh said. "If he wants to listen, he can listen." Today: He's at the W.H. meeting with the president.

He’s a hack because he reaches a legal conclusion that you don’t agree with? If you were known as a legal savant, like he is, you’d have no problem explaining why he is a “hack” and you know more?

And now we’ll have someone who is more than willing to suggest that Mueller should be fired. Dersh is a criminal lawyer, not a prosecutor.

Criminal lawyers are either prosecutors or defense attorneys. Knowledge of the law is unaffected in this regard.

This is not about knowledge of the law, this about personal advise on which course of action to take on the defensive posture in a pending criminal prosecution. Firing the prosecutor is the question of the day.

This “case” against Trump is unchartered territory. Never before in American history has a President been accused by one political party of colluding with a foreign government. No one would know what defensive posture to take.

A political party does not have legal standing. I think you are confusing hyperbole with legal reality. The case will read the People of the United States v. Trump and the Constitution calls for a system of Grand Juries which is what empowers this investigation right now.

Yea I get all that, I’m saying that the claims of Trump collusion and impeachment stem from the democrat party. Not saying the democrat party is going to bring a claim against Trump.

Impeachment is a Congressional remedy and is by its nature a political action. Legal proceeding are not political and a political party is not able to take any actions to initiate nor prosecute a criminal case in federal court. You should not conflate the two.

don't claims of collusion stem from the conclusion of the intelligence agencies that Russia interfered in order to help trump, which are being investigated to determine whether there was, in fact, collusion, or just coincidence?
