No one has to say it anymore. It's been out of control for years. It's been normalized and it's ridiculous that the media have to keep asking the question. We deserve better. OUR lawmakers need to put country over party and STOP him. Reporters need to call him OUT!
#LiarInChief -
Reporters at the
@washingtonpost and@nytimes HAVE been calling him out - that's the reason that Trump works so hard to discredit them. And the right has been trained for so long to hate the "mainstream media" that it's easy for him to do so. -
With all due respect to you, they really don't. They tip-toe around him. They never call him an outright liar when they know he is (or very few of them do). They don't call out SHS when she blatantly lies. They need to. The American people will support them.
-
I'd argue that it doesn't really matter much if they're called out in a press briefing where SHS has control of the room, and much more important that he's called out for lying when reporters go to press. That's what's happening, particularly with WaPo and NYT
-
Oh, but it does. When they say "falsehood", "untruths", etc. on air it totally misses the mark. When SHS LIES, they let her. They need to band together. They need to continue the questioning. They always give up. There's only one of her. Get my meaning? Why bother?

Use the word lie when he lies. Don't use euphemistic language.
-
We are in a war of words. We must become more assertive and blunt with our narrative when it concerns Trump and his followers. They are morally and ethically corrupt, and do not deserve a lighter tone.

I think they are also brainwashed to follow a white make figurehead, along with what they believe is his stance on abortion. All hypocrites. They are incredibly ignorant, and thankfully outnumbered.

Perhaps if
@deanbaquet hadn't covered@HillaryClinton's campaign like a total misogynist - even putting her campaign kickoff BELOW THE FOLD - we could have nice things. - 1 more reply

Like we didn't know that already... I want to know what Mr. Baquet has to say about Eric Lichtblau's November 1, 2016 story which former NY Times Public Editor
@spaydl reported on the evening of President Trump's inauguration. - 1 more reply

Yes, Dean Baquet. It’s part of Trump’s campaign to undermine the credibility of any institution that criticizes him. Trump seems most comfortable being a tyrant.
