.@brianstelter we’ve always been fans of what you do but were a bit puzzled by your thoughts on ad boycotts. Could you share your thoughts on how citizens would deal with this kind of clearly propagandistic programming without one given that the FCC will likely not intervene?

@brianstelter, we were not throwing any shade at all with this. We would honestly like to get your opinion if you get a chance. It would be a super interesting discussion at very least.

Sinclair is disgusting. It is ruining once great local news operations. Might work in the short run but not for long.

Everyone needs to be made aware of Sinclair broadcasting. This is the biggest push for state controlled media. Very dangerous.

It’s one of those things that’s been happening but with all of the crazy coming out of the WH it slips by.

Besides Sinclair's conservative leanings, WHY are they doing this? Something this coordinated and blatant seems to be consistent with a quid pro quo arrangement.

One other thing while I'm on my twitter soapbox. I agree this is a crucial story to cover for people. however, there is a second part to it. Who is the 'governing body' allowing this to happen. The second part should be aggressive effort to figure out what will b done to address

its important to use the power of the media to not just highlight problems (which is crucial first step) but then to follow through with solutions or identification of individuals who are not serving public interest so viewers have a full picture.

To add 1 more thing to your great points, I think widely sharing which local stations are Sinclair is important also. I know the list is long, but so many don't understand that local news on ABC, NBC, CBS is not a branch of the network its shown on.
